Hemant Khandeparkar has 26 years of IT Industry experience and has been in leadership positions in companies such as Comsat Max (Now Bharati Airtel), HCL Comnet where he headed the Region for South India based in Bangalore and thereafter the Information Security Practise for a brief period.

Thereafter he was with Oracle Financial services as the Director for the Infrastructure Management Services practise where he set up and conceptualized the business to make it a 25 Million USD business before moving on to head Raffles solutions as CEO. His last 2 stints have been in the IT/Engineering Services Industry where he managed and led businesses in Senior Management roles of BU Head, CEO/MD.

During his 26 years in the IT Industry Hemant has managed various global geographies from US, Europe and African regional as a business Head. Hemant also played various roles in his career starting from a front end sales role to managing large sales teams and finally businesses and organizations thereby gaining a rich exposure right from sales to solution architecting, delivery and P&L management.

Hemant’s key strengths have been in conceptualizing service propositions in the areas of IT services right from concept to reality and has a passion for building organizations and achieving growth through a strong relationship oriented culture across employees, customers and business partners.

By education Hemant has completed his graduation in Science with a BSc (Chemistry) from Fergusson College Pune and thereafter his post-graduation MBA from IMDR Pune in 1990. Thereafter he has been in the IT industry for 26 years.

Before coming on board with Avgi as one of the founding members, Hemant most recent assignment was with Nous Infosystems where he was responsible as BU Head for the IMS practise v Serve 24/7.
